Myofascial Release

Release and Relax

If you're feeling stressed with tight and aching muscles, from sitting at your desk all day, or even from overdoing your exercise, this is a great class for you.
We use a foam roller and balls of various sizes and densities to relieve tightness in the muscles and the myofascial system. Be prepared to work though, its not as easy as it sounds.  The result, however, is a fabulous sense of release, coupled with some gentle stretching - well worth the effort.
