Group Mat Pilates classes at the Inside Out Studio are a wonderful way to start your week off well. They are held on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings - the class is held in a serene setting to give you time away from your hectic schedule.
You will be taken through a full body workout that incorporates stretch, release and strengthening exercises, that will leave you feeling invigorated and full of energy.
This mat based class puts the focus on alignment and breath, as well as strength and technique to help you refine your form, improve strength and fitness, and to workout that all important core.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, Pilates helps you to build and maintain a strong core, improves posture, and makes you feel and look fabulous!
