Do I have to bring any equipment with me?

Please wear a pair of socks with grips for the session.  Toe socks or something similar are ideal.
Other than that, you don't need to bring anything else!

I pride myself on the care and personal attention I give to my clients. I believe it is important to build a relationship, know the person, and be with you all the way on your journey.  Reaching your goal, and knowing how to get you there, is my guarantee.   Whether your journey is to becoming a fitter you,  or delivering a healthy baby, or just having some time to yourself. I deliver results, you will feel the difference.

What equipment do you use?

At my home based studio I work with a Balanced Body Reformer and Half Trapeze (also known as a Cadillac).
Along with a range of props such as the Pilates Arc, Foam Roller and MOTR, TRX as well as free weights.  A complete studio experience is guaranteed in a more relaxed and informal setting.

Do you have changing rooms and shower facilities?

As this is a home based practice, there is plenty of room to change.
We do not have shower facilities, though there is a place to wash and freshen up after your session.

I am a fully certified Polestar Pilates Studio instructor, which means I am able to teach sessions on all the equipment you may find in any Pilates studio, such as the Reformer, the Trapeze Table (Cadillac), the Chair, and the Ladder Barrel.  I am also trained and certified to teach the following:
